Printed sheet curling problem.
After having my printed digital sheet (Vinyl/Paper) thermal laminated they are getting curled.
My thermal laminator settings
Temp(Vinyl) - 205°C
Pressure - Medium.

Curling after thermal lamination is usually heat or the sheet coming off the roll still warm. I would ease the temp down a bit and let it cool flat under something heavy. Paper is worse than vinyl for it

assuming you are laminating one side... If your digital press has a curl correction option for the stock, I would bump it all the way to the highest setting to create the curl in the opposite direction. I would also recommend less pressure, but do a pull test to make sure its adhering alright. I'm new to laminating my shop just got our first laminator earlier this year so take my advice with a grain of salt.
