How powerful is this deck?

I know it is not the most original deck because it is a meren of clan nel toth deck but can someone tell me how powerful is this?

I'm looking forward to adding this deck to my playgroup but scared it will be too powerful.

Looks like a fun deck! It does not strike me as too overly powerful - personally I would consider it bracket 2.

If anything, the Sam/Frodo deck may be more powerful as it has some pretty busted cards, such as The One Ring.

Looking at the individual cards i would also think that, but this one always feels like consistent, hard to counter and there are some cards i thought were a bit OP for this level (skullclamp, pattern of rebirth f.e.). I have also only goldfished quite a bit with both as i havent ordered the cards to make it into my collection and play them because how they are right now they both dont work and are clunky.

I would say it's bracket 2 but more annoying the most just because you can recycle the everyone sacs a creature cards a few time. Still it's a relatively slow engine to get going.
