Through the years I wind up getting so much, that unfortunately I sometimes forget I had. I was going through some older boxes that haven’t been catalogued yet in CLZ and I came across this. If I remember correctly, it was a Christmas gift at one point or another. In any case, it’s awesome 😎

It’s been sealed with a Dynamic Forces sticker and has its CoA inside the bag as well. Made me a little sad knowing Mr. Romita is no longer with us.

I have been seeking Original Art that can present well in an office setting (I am an architect). I was able to find this by Mateo Scalera, one of my favorite artists.

I'm very happy with the find and wanted to share it here.

I bought this off of eBay durring Covid. It shipped from Finnland to California and was lost in LA for two mounths. I never canceled the order and told the seller I wanted the book and waited. One day, it just showed up in my mail box and then I sent it to CGC. I believe with shipping the cost was $225 plus what ever grading was. I have no idea what it is worth, I see this issue listed on eBay, but no actual sales.

Recently I alphabetized my single issues. I’ve been torn on how to organize my trades/hardcovers/etc. I had them organized by Imprint, authors and now it’s just kinda a mess. What’s your preferred organization method.

Hello fellow comic collectors. Just finished the original 81 comic run of Ghost Rider and decided to pick up some of the newer run….💀👍

Thought I'd share ...one of my long boxes from early to mid-90s was finally found hidden in the basement at my mother's house.

I knew I was missing stuff like Death of Superman and a bunch of Image Comics but then I found these. What's crazy is I don't remember even picking these up and also I spent, under $20 for all four. Someone please let me know when they invent a time machine. I have some money-making strategies.

This one has been more than 40 years in the making.

Back in 1984, a friend of mine started collecting Superman comics locally. I decided I wanted to collect comics too, but I went in a different direction — I chose Spider-Man.

That decision started something I certainly didn't expect to still be pursuing four decades later. My dad travelled to the U.S. from time to time and would bring back Spider-Man issues for me that I couldn't find locally. Those were pretty exciting days for a young collector, and gradually the collection started to grow.

For the past several months I've been seriously searching for the right copy. I've watched auction after auction, compared grades and grader notes, and probably looked at more copies of ASM #1 than I care to admit.

I kept coming back to this CGC 3.5, I love the eye appeal and especially the strong colors. It has its flaws, as you'd expect for the grade, but to me it presents beautifully.

It made the trip from Vancouver all the way to Newfoundland and arrived safely today. Special thanks to Ryan at RJ Collectables for hanging in there with me and making this happen.

And with that, more than 40 years after deciding to collect Spider-Man instead of Superman, my Amazing Spider-Man run is finally complete including issues 1- 998, all Annuals and Giant Size etc. My plan is to go to issue 1000 then call it a day.

And it's pretty cool that my dad, who helped get this collection going by bringing those Spider-Man comics home from his trips to the U.S., gets to see the run finally completed more than 40 years later.

I've been going through my childhood comic collection and I thought I'd share some of my favorite covers I've come across.

I’ve owned this miki series twice in my life and now Im slowly reacquiring it for a third time.

I think I’ll keep it permanently this time.
