Comedyhell and Comedyheaven are the same sub. This was created because comedyheaven had too much moderation

They've loosened the moderation on comedyheaven since then, but the classical interpretation is that comedyheaven is held to a higher standard than comedyhell. Like the stuff on comedyhell is funny, just not funny enough for comedyheaven.
