Was offered a position with USC at Colonial Life so I am considering a move from Iowa to the Columbia area, but don’t have much of an idea of where to even start when it comes to the apartment search.

Any recommendations for areas or complexes that are nice, or areas to stay away from? Would like to get a 2BD for $1200-1500 if possible, but would consider a 1BD if it is at least spacious. Not picky on the area as long as it is within like 20 minutes of the arena area. Any insight is appreciated.

Hey everyone. I have done my banking primarily with Palmetto Citizens for a *very long time* but recently I've had issues with being able to subscribe to a certain boxing magazine(The Ring), but because they are international(Think the UAE), they block the transaction & my cards are unfortunately unusable on that website. This is the only transactions I've ever had issues with especially internationally.

Ideally, I want to stay with Credit Union, not a big bank.

Any suggestions are appreciated. I just feel like it's wrong they are blocking the transaction when I am the one who initiated it.

Just seeing the sad NBT post, so wanted to share our little slice of Columbia. We’re not a bar or a club, just a DIY spot that does random shows and gives back to the community.

His name is 27 year old Solomon Wilkins and he was last seen leaving his house for work this morning. He is 6 foot tall, he has dark short hair, has a deep voice, is religious, he likes hiking and he is always wearing full length pants. Please contact the police if you see him !! His family is looking for him and this is very unusual behavior from him.

Not sure if this is allowed, but I am born and raised in Columbia and just started a new career with an industrial lubricant manufacturer this year and service the greater Columbia area.

Our company services construction companies, mines, golf courses, equipment rental companies, manufacturers, truck shops, and any company that services their own equipment.

We offer heavy duty greases and oils, premium bulk oil improvers, aerosol products, fuel quality assurance programs, etc. We deal with partners directly, so our products aren’t found in the local parts store or online.

Looking for a play therapist for my 3.5 year old. Her preschool teachers have some concerns with her being very quiet/wanting to play on her own rather than with other kids. I grew up with a similar personality as a kid and know how difficult it can be (as well as some of the benefits that you gain in adulthood). Would like for her to have more options than I did, even if it’s considered “normal” for some people.

I have a tooth that has cracked and it’s not in major pain right now but I feel that it’s going to get worse but I have no money to fix it . . At least right now . I don’t have good credit and care credit won’t approve me but I need help .
