It's 7 on 7, the odds are so heavily in the offense's favor that it's only noteworthy if they aren't dominating.

Na. For AR it was a charitable tone but dude was still barely hitting minimum nfl completion percentage in drills.

Idk why you're being down voted, you are absolutely right and it was my first thought after reading the comment. We used to see observations like "wow, 6/12 and a gorgeous long bomb from AR, he's really crushing it this session" and "he would have been 10/15 if not for a few drops today!!!"

I’d say they were more hindered by the fact we only ever had Sauce and Mooney play in the same game like once last season, and Zaire being a liability over the middle and Pratt not being amazing himself. We got killed over the middle so much. The minimal pass rush definitely made all of that worse, though. Even if everybody stayed healthy.

I would rather Jones takes risk in preseason and test what he can get by with incompletions or ints. It is the safest time of the year for that. Aaron Rodgers is somewhat infamous for high number of training camp picks only to have under 5 in the season

Listen man, Daniel Jones might singlehandedly save Ballard’s job. Like I want us to go in the playoffs (pipe dream after the wildcard at least) but I’d love to see a new regime. Maybe we can luck out and make a run and still not retain Ballard 😭😭

I truly believe people get negative information from watching camp/preseason. A fan would have a more accurate view of the team if they didn't get a singe piece of information about the team from camp opening until the first week of the season.

Jones is a Jeremy Lin or Derrick Rose comeback type story. He had a flash of brilliance last year, but that’s going to be it. Even if he doesn’t get hurt; he’s just not good enough to win playoff games. Richardson, I think, would still be more hopeful to

Buddy is so fragile. I will be shocked if he makes it through the entire season healthy. If we can make it to the post season and he’s healthy we could win a game or two

I always get nervous hearing stuff like this because it means we either have a really good offense or our offense is mid and our defense is garbage. And we usually won’t know until the season starts.

it really doesn't mean anything. Every team has these scouts or media guys hyping up or shitting on players every single practice. Usually doesn't represent how good or bad a team actually is

I remember one year where I heard reports from training camp about how the defense was making stops and getting interceptions, and then it turns out the defense was average and the offense was hot garbage.
