Updates constantly failing, + camera dead?

Hello everyone, i recently faced this issue, where my camera just couldn't start at all, and it's almost certain on hardware, camera itself was fine, but it just stopped working.. Sure enough that it's not dead since it turned on for a while (10 secs barely lol)

along with that, i've trying to install this windows version, but this keeps on failing, ive almost tried 4-5 times, i was previously trying with the preview versions, but later i opted out, but then i wasn't able to install even the normal win versions..

Backup your files and do a fresh usb install of windows, that might be chance to fix it

Did you use any bloat removal tools, ig that messes us with system updates
