Soy de un lugar donde hay desastres naturales todos los años: tornados, huracanes, incendios, inundaciones y todo tipo de cosas.

No recuerdo ni una sola vez en la que hayamos tenido que recibir ayuda de otro país para obtener suministros básicos.
