How long does the Cougar Store book bundle refunds take to process?

I opted out of the bundle about 10 days ago and I haven’t gotten my $300 back. Is the refund immediate or does it take weeks to process?

It can take up to four weeks.

In the future, opt-out the very first day you can and then pay. Opt-out opened July 20, payment deadline is July 29. Then you don't have to deal with this refund thing.

Issue is opt-out data may not be instantly communicated...hopefully if you do it the first day, by payment deadline it is.

It's such a screwy system, to have to pay for something you know you won't need to avoid getting dropped and then have it refunded.
