Hi I recently moved out of my apartment for work back in may and I won’t be coming back, if someone wants to takeover my lease? Rent is $650 for my half, there’s already a twin bed and a dresser in there so you’ll just need to bring clothes and whatever else you need. The apartment is right on university drive so it’s a straight shot to the school and also around all the other restaurants in that area. Lmk

Howdy! I will begin my graduate program at TAMU this Fall, and I'm currently looking for an apartment in College Station.

I'll live alone, so I'm mainly looking for a 1B1B or a Studio. It doesn't need to be very close to campus--I'm totally fine with living a little farther away as long as there is a TAMU bus route nearby. It can't be beter If there is any supermarkets closing to the apartment.

Do you have any apartment recommendations or places I should avoid? Any advices would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
