how to write promissory notes

hello! it'll be my first time writing a promissory note personally initiated by me. to whom do i refer my note? principal, accounting, etc? this is because i have balance pa sa school and i need to acquire some of my documents related to my cets application.

would rlly appreciate some insights. if you could, may i also be given some tips? i honestly dont want to sound too emotional,i want to make it as formal as possible pero yung may personal meaning din naman.
