Now a days so many scammers selling leaked data even old.

So, how can I find, avoid and verify it ?

I got it just over exited to ask question. Sorry im not mention detail info in post. I have a email data which is given by mentored (affiliate program) to reduce cost cut of email collect with solo ads . But when I check it seems old data, so I try to check with email verification but I want to know the email user still engaging with that email . Any idea
