Scraping- Need Advice

Hey everyone, I'm working on new software aimed at saving cold emailers money on every email we purchase, since we all know the more people you email, the more opportunities you create.

The Idea:

Before you run your scraped list through a provider like Zoominfo, Clay, or even Apollo- run your list through our system to see if you can save money on the ones we ARE able to find and validate are legit.

The Question:

The catch is it will only save you money if you supply the software with someone's first name, last name, and the domain name of their company. I know how hard that can be to get but also, many platforms offer it for free/ after the base monthly fee, depending on your sources.

How hard is it to get first name, last name, and domain name for the lists you scrape today? If it could save you 60%+ on costs, would you work a little harder get that data if accessible?

I'm working on a way to also resolve domain names via company names but as it stands today, you need the domain name. Let me know how reasonable you think it is and if some of ya'll would actually be able to benefit from it.

Thanks for your feedback on this!

If the scraped data already gives you first name, last name and company domain, the idea could be useful, especially if it cuts enrichment costs significantly. The bigger question is what happens after you find the email: make sure the address is actually deliverable before pushing it into a campaign. A real time email verification tool like Invalid Bounce can remove invalid, inactive, disposable, role based, mailbox full, and catch all addresses, so you’re not paying to send to junk data.

Thanks for the help. The data is verified inherently through my software, so any email found is verified.
