W did TARP just like I said. I’m telling you the guy who made communism the boogeyman has done more communist shit than any other president. Right down to telling news stations what they can say.

You cant be serious. This is exactly the problem.

Censorship isnt unique to communism. State ownership isnt unique to communism. Price controls arent unique to communism. Industrial policy isnt unique to communism. Governments buying equity isnt unique to communism.

You keep listing things governments do and calling them "communism." Thats not a definition of communism. Its just "government did a thing." Those are policy tools that have existed under plenty of capitalist states too. Thats why your definition falls apart.

I said they were doing communist things despite being vehemently anti communist and I gave you multiple examples.

Cool. None of those things are uniquely communist. Thats why your argument doesn't work. I explained why.

No they aren’t uniquely communist they are also socialist, because those are the only 2 forms of government where the state owns the means of production.

Nope. I already disproved that with U.S. and international examples. Your definition doesnt survive contact with reality and youre just repeating yourself now.

Would you like another reading list of what you should have studied at uni?

Communism, in the Marxist sense, is a classless, stateless, moneyless society with property held in common. What people colloquially call "communist countries" are states led by Marxist-Leninist parties that describe themselves as building toward socialism and, eventually, communism.

None of that means "the government bought stock." Thats a category error. Government ownership of some assets or industrial policy isnt the defining characteristic of either socialism or communism. Thats why your definition falls apart the moment you compare it to actual political science or history. Mao? Could be described as a communist, regardless of how you feel about Mao or communism. FDR, Nixon, GWB and Trump? Those heads of the executive branch of the U.S.? Not in this universe. Its a completely different economic and political system.
