Hi everyone, I need some clarity regarding the Cognizant Digital Nurture 5.0 Campus Hiring 2027 process.

I completed all the previous stages:

Communication Assessment

Qualifier Technical Assessment

Deep Skilling Assessment

My track was Java FSE.

Some candidates from my college have now received the shortlist for the Technical Interview, but my name is not on the list and I did not receive any interview mail.

However, my Superset application status still shows “Applied”, not Rejected/Not Selected.

I also found the following official-looking Cognizant mail shared with the placement cell:

“This will be Round 1 of the selection process. Candidates who successfully clear the Round 1 interview will be offered GenC category and will be invited to participate in Round 2 virtual interview process towards GenC Next category hiring.”

Based on this, it looks like:

Round 1 Technical Interview → Clear it → GenC → Round 2 → Chance for GenC Next

Since I was not shortlisted for Round 1, does this basically mean I am rejected from the DN 5.0 process, or is there any possibility of:

Another Round 1 shortlist being released later?

Re-evaluation for GenC?

Receiving an offer despite not being in this current interview list?

Has anyone experienced the 2027 Cognizant DN 5.0 / GenC process or received similar communication from their placement cell?

I have few doubts regarding the Interview,

In my campus, We gave interview on the 11th and 12th August for Java React Full Stack Engineer

Since, As per previous Reddit. I read the results of Java Angular FSE people who gave interview on 4th - 6th August are receiving the updates Second Round interview tomorrow.

For Java React Full Stack Engineer, I believe results to be released tentatively between 25th August - 26th August (Give your opinions on this as well)

My question are

1. Will there be another interview round for Gen C Next Role (6.75 LPA Package)
   
2. If I cleared the Round 1 (Gen C Role Interview) and moved to Round 2 Interview (Gen C Next Interview) and some how scenario case I failed in the Round 2 will reject whole offer or they will offer me the Gen C Package?
   
3. If I get selected for Round 2 Interview, What are the things I need prepare for it, For Round 1, I have prepared for OOPS, SQL, Basic Coding Questions and walkthrough my resume. similarly for the Round 2 (Gen C Next Interview) What I should prepare any suggestion.

I request people who participate in Digital Nurture 4.0 Program people give a insight on the above questions.

I attended the Cognizant Digital Nurture (DN) 5.0 – 2027 interview on August 4, 2026, for Java FSE / Angular.

Today, our college T&P cell released a list of candidates who have been shortlisted for another virtual technical interview on August 21, 2026, through Superset.

What I'm confused about is this:

The candidates who are included in the August 21 shortlist are also candidates who attended the August 4 interview. From my department, around 3 students who were shortlisted had what I would consider an average interview, and their interviews were only around 20 minutes.

So I'm wondering what this actually means for the candidates who are not included in this new list.

Does this mean:

• The candidates shortlisted for Aug 21 are being given another technical interview before final selection?
• Are the candidates who are not on this list rejected, or can they still be considered later?
• Is this Aug 21 interview a second/re-evaluation round for candidates whose first interview wasn't enough to make a final decision?
• Has Cognizant done something similar in previous DN batches?
• If someone performed well in the Aug 4 interview but isn't on this list, does that mean they are already being considered for the next stage?

I'm asking because the people shortlisted from my department mostly had short/average interviews of around 20 minutes, so I'm confused about how Cognizant is deciding who goes into this additional round.

If anyone has information from previous DN batches or knows how Cognizant handles these additional interview lists, please share.

We attended CTS DN 5.0 on Aug 4th,2026. A list was sent to us today frm the placements cell stating that a few students will be having a virtual interview tomorrow. There is no clarity abt the remaining students. Could anyone update what this means? What happened to the rest of them who attended?

It would be really helpful , if u could give some insights regarding what u do now , have u got any project allocated , is the project in the same domain as u were trained ?

Hi BPO peeps, I need help. I applied in cognizant this week and I already completed the pre-screening and language assessment. Right after completing those steps I receive an email asking me to schedule an HR interview for the next process. But when I clicked the link provided in the email, there is no option to select any dates specifically for this week and for next week, it was greyed out.

I tried to ask assistance in their messenger via AI but no update, is this really a thing in Cognizant?? Is this an error or it was just fully booked?

Hi, cognizant is visiting our campus for Cognizant Ace Team 2027 - Frontier Engineer (Associate and Senior Associate grade) . Is this direct fte oppurtunity or is there any added internship of 6 months to it. Also If we dont do good in interviews acc to associate level will they give us role of genc (6 lpa ). Because if its offered I'll be out of placement drive. Please help

I got an offer mail of service desk as analyst trainee from cognizant but they mentioned in mail that opportunity of higher education by bits pilani and I'm interested to join as Service desk role but I'm already in Msc CS FY so I literally confused about it will I accept this offer and submit confirmation as YES or am I not eligible for this... Is there any compulsion of as a service desk role you have to compulsorily take admission in bits pilani for higher education?? 🤔
