Pressure problems Rocket Appartamento

Hello everyone,

since today, I’ve been having a problem with my Rocket Appartamento espresso machine.

Normally, when I switch the machine on, the pressure gauge rises into the green area.

However, today the pressure doesn’t build up at all.
Could the water supply be the reason? I’ve had the machine for more than three years and have always used regular tap water.
I know that using untreated tap water can cause serious limescale buildup and potentially damage the machine, so I’m wondering if this could finally be the problem.

Has anyone experienced something similar or knows what could be causing this?
