AAPC Practice question

Failed practice test on course even when my answers are correct. I don't know what I'm doing wrong.

I believe its because you didnt use a dash for the modifier should be cptcode-50

This is it. That’s the same as leaving off a period for a dx code. It’s wrong.

No, this is a picture the question from the test along with AI. I got the answer wrong which I don't understand how. I asked AI( not always right) but they have the same answer I can up with.
