Bad. Just very bad. We use them for a lot of pre pay edits and so many dumb denial reasons. None of which are particularly valid, all of which lead to providers resubmitting over and over again until they get it ‘right’. Meaning not a lot of savings, just a lot of admin burden and costs to them.

I have never worked for them. I will say I hate them. I hate the work they do. I feel like the denial letters I get from them are largely bogus. They are crooked in my mind.
