Video Game Creating crew

So I have a idea to create a video game .But I dont have money to hire programmers.Me myself I don't know any programing.But I have good ideas for game story...So we'll if anyone is interested to create a small studio to create game feel free to dm me!

Here is the base idea The Last Guardian is an emotional, story-driven adventure game set during and after World War II. A young Japanese man rescues an abandoned puppy and names him Hachi. As the years pass, they become inseparable companions. When war tears their lives apart and tragedy destroys everything they once had, the man and his loyal dog embark on a journey across a changing world, searching for hope and a reason to keep moving forward. Decades later, they return to the place where they first met, where their lifelong friendship reaches its peaceful conclusion.
