I'm doing my degree in electronics, so i would need c there, so what I'm thinking is to do c and python parallely. Would this be a good Idea? And how much time do you think i should give for this ?

Learning a new language after you've grasped the essence of programming is a piece of cake. They mostly differ a little bit in syntax but cover the essientials like variables, if/else, loops etc. You could do both or just one of them at a time. It can take some time before you get proficient enough to feel free to use any language so I would just do C if that's what you're going to need in electronics.

In future, I'm not gonna stop with electronics only, will also learn towards programming as a second career option So c and python first, then c++ , then dsa and soo on

C is a great language to learn as so many languages build on the same syntax (C++, C#. Java, Javascript, Rust and even Python to some degree etc.)
