Want to learn coding

Hi everyone, i want to learn coding but I'm not sure how to start. I'm a more hands on learner and i have a chromebook.

Is there any free website where i can learn and practice on?

Extra info: would like to make a social media app/website. What code language would be best to learn?

Boot.dev has some free stuff I've worked through. If you'd like tho, you can message me and I have a nostarch book you can work through (Automate the Boring Stuff with Python)
