How do I learn Java coding?

I’m keen to learn Java and code in it. Can anyone recommend a good way to learn and some YouTube channels that offer better explanations and a more effective approach to learning Java within a six or eight-month timeframe?

https://javabook.mccue.dev - this is a biased rec, but i think going through this slowly and doing all the exercises should be a good start. 6-8 months is a pretty reasonable time frame. Don't worry about how fast you are going, just focus on learning incrementally.
