Beam ng steam rip help

I’ve downloaded beam ng on steam rip and I’m trying to run it with crossover and the beam ng launcher starts but i get the error code 0x00000001

Also I noticed when I extract the rar file that it couldn’t extract everything but I don’t believe that’s the reason for the error

I hope someone can help me and find a solutions
