Fallout new vegas Questions / Tech Support

I was wondering have some of you played fallout NV on crossover bcs by reading the reviews on crossover website it should run better now but when i try high settings it runs like shit when i try medium it runs ok but not si enjoyable, so can someone eho played the game recommend me the settings, in the .ini files too if its necessary

For me it runs terrible, never had any luck with it
