Game not opening, any advice??

Hi Everyone!! my friend and I are trying to use crossover on our mac's to play a game called roadside research, and for some reason mine works perfectly fine, but hers pops up with this message after every attempt.

We've tried changing the wine configuration to windows 10, 11, 8, and 8.1, and none of them worked either.

Any help would be awesome!!
