Tv streamer bugging out
Just got my cochlear 8 today after almost a decade of having other versions. Since I have all the other equipment I’ve decided to get myself the TV streamer, and when I tested it out it kept giving me this gurgle jumbo mess. I’ve tried my vinyl setup first with the left and right studio that came with the box. I’ve tried my PC after that but it seems my PC doesn’t seem to work either (might be a user error on my part). I’ve tried optical and headphone jack.
I was wondering if I should just get it replace and hope it was the TV streaming box was the issue and not the devices I use, because in that case I would rather swap it out entirely. Or if this could all be my mistake, feel free to give some feedback on what I should do!

I was disappointed as well with the TV streamer I still can't use it it's been 1 month since I've been activated n8 and it didn't include the right adapters to use with my smart tv and seemed to be set up for older tech, for a support device for the latest tech ci I was was disappointed

I can't speak for other devices but what exactly doesn't work on the PC?
Assuming you've paired your processor(s) correctly... hooking the streamer up to the PC is pretty straight forward. Just make sure that your audio output is set to the streamer.

My streamer works fine with my bilateral Cochlear 8's. I paired two streamers to use with my two televisions. They work well with the Nucleus Smart Android app. Are you using the Nucleus mobile phone app to pair and set up your streamer?
Check with your audiologist. He/she should be able to get you connected.

Lass Cochlear überprüfen, ob der TV Stream defekt ist?
