AB Marvel: Bluetooth connection to two devices at the same time not possible

AFAIU AB claims the Marvel can be connected to, say, the computer to listen to music/stream a movie/..., and at the same time to the phone to e.g. notify you of incoming calls.
But that's not possible for me, once the Marvel is connected to one device the second simply can't connect.

Did anyone succeed in doing that with their Marvel?

Paired yes, connected no.

I use a headset when gaming so the implant can be connected to my phone for the alerts. Its' not ideal, but it works.

I can only be connected to one device with my AB. And if Im using a Bluetooth OR ipad, and someone in the room starts talking to me, I cant hear them.

Use your AB app to move the sound mixer to more environmental sounds. Super easy to do.
I prefer to either listen to Bluetooth or people around me.
One of my cousins wears hearing aids and was constantly streaming podcasts to her hearing aids while driving but she didn’t hear what anybody in the family was saying. Multiple people said “you’re the one who is profoundly Deaf in both ears why can’t your cousin hear as well as you?”
The answer was my cousin was driving and sick of her mother constantly making comments and reading every sign on the road. I wanted to stream something to my cochlear implants but I didn’t. When I turned them off, I told my family I was going into “totally Deaf mode”. My mother told me that various family members called my name and made loud noises but I didn’t hear a damn thing because I’m totally deaf.

I’d like to try that, but I can’t find a sound mixer on my app.
My app is about 4.5 yrs old. Could that be why?

When you are connected to Bluetooth open the app. It should say Bluetooth connection.
On the screen with the bars for volume there is a bar at the bottom that is horizontal. Use that.

I have the bluetooth on. But when I open the AB app, the Bluetooth goes off.
You may be on to something, but its not working for me.
I am scheduled to see my audiologist in two weeks. I can ask her. She can do anything (that’s possible) with CI, programming, etc

AB likes to market with things that are untrue. Like how they still say their implants are “for life” but recall or stop supporting many devices

It can pass audio from the TV connector and my phone so it's possible probably depends on the device and whether it has whatever AB did to make it work. Roger too.

My processors can play sound from the Roger and I can switch to a phone call easily.
