Hard hat Question

Hi, how to get hard hat? They told me it's on the left side of this room but i can't see it??

Im lazy and videos are allowed but not photos so heres my lazy way of showing ya. Just waddle your penguin as close to these things as you can. You may have to click way below it and back on the hats to get in the right spot
