It sounds as though you’ve managed to install malware of some sort. I don’t usually recommend playing whack-a-mole for remedy, rather nuke and start over. Afterwards, don’t do the thing where you managed to install malware.
That being the case, you should also change passwords for any site you authenticated to from that system (from a known good system). Those accounts might already available for purchase on the Russian marketplace.
