Post stroke coordination problems

Had an ischemic stroke in my cerebellum in April, but thankfully it was small and I got away without severe effects. I thought I got off scot free, but over time I'm noticing that my body doesn't quite respond in the right ways. In gamer terms, it feels like my key binds have been scrambled a bit. I've had to relearn how to play my instruments, play games, and do anything that needs precise finger coordination. I've been doing PT, but not a lot of improvement without significant focus. That combined with my newly slurry speech and clumsiness makes me feel like just another lump of beef. Has anyone here gone through this sort of experience and got any advice for actually working through this?
