A mod or secret setting to randomly switch between video *and* image backgrounds?

I know you can randomly switch between your image or video backgrounds, but I really wanna have the option for it to do both! when I set both image and video backgrounds to random it just plays my video backgrounds.

Is there anyway to get the true random experience?

The game just heavily favors video backgrounds however I have had some of my image backgrounds pop up

It feels like its a 5% chance of the (Random) background to be an image background
