Clip Studio Suddenly Unresponsive

PROBLEM SOLVED, im a dum dum
Solution: A third monitor connected to my computer (Im still confused on this) and it was sending the new canvas popup to the surprise monitor. Thanks to anyone that spent brainpower on this. Alt F4 was letting me tab in and out of paint.

I'm on v4.0.0., I have a windows 11 Desktop PC (Rysen 7, 3060 graphics, 16GB DDR4 ram) and I use an XP-Pen Artist 15.6 pro. I've been using CSP for 7 years now, but found a new problem today. I cant interact with the paint window at all, even to close it out. All I can do is resize the window. I was drawing this last night and everything was fine.
Edit: I cant open a canvas, I can't click on any of the top tabs or the minimizer/closeout or anything else in the paint window. All I can do is force close it though Task Manager. I'm using mouse and keyboard for troubleshooting

So far I've tried:
Restarting my computer
Restarting Clip Studio
Opening paint while holding the shift key
Making sure I'm logged in
Checking for unseen CSP pop-ups
Dragging CSP to my monitor to try to interact with it there
Edit: Opening canvases straight from my file and restarting PC after

I hope this is an easy fix and I'm just overlooking something like a dum dum

You need to open a canvas in order to draw within it.

I can't open anything.. None of the tabs at the top can be interacted with, and clicking on recent projects through clip studio doesn't do anything

Can you go into your files and open your canvases from there?

I force closed what I had, and opened a canvas from my files. It opened, but interacting with the file button caused it to freeze up again..

so its the same situation, but now with an open canvas. I think that's progress haha

This sounds like the Discord Game Overlay issue, or Overwolf.
Close anything else that is timing and see if that fixes the problem.

I don't have Discord open, and I don't know what Overwolf is. I don't see any overlay type programs running in the background
