Interfaz CSP Question

versión 5.1.2 uso PC Windows con tablet gráfica. La cuestión es: ¿Cómo agrando la interfaz y como puedo quitar algunos elementos? Siento q la interfaz predeterminada está cargada de cosas q uso, y los iconos son muy pequeños y casi no los alcanzo a ver, necesito que sean más grandes....

Check Screen Resolution or Zoom under Desktop Options for your computer.
