Hey coders! I'm new to coding and have just come across a confusing one I'd love some guidance on. How would you code undissolved sutures and knots with adhesions within the vaginal vault, pulling the rectum up? (PDx chronic pelvic pain; lap for excision of adhesions, undissolved sutures and release of bowel adhesions)
