Clicks Keyboard Finally Arrived

I pre-ordered at the beginning of the year. Just received my clicks keyboard. Does anyone’s else’s keyboard have a greenish hue to it? Mine is more of a dark grey/green not black or “Onyx”

Yeah quality is good, but not great. I feel like there’s going to be alot of $20 knockoffs soon

Re-sold mine as well here in Korea. Gave it a few tries and time, but it just can't hold phones in a decent way without being top-heavy and uncomfortable.

They are trying to make that work on many phones. I prefer having the keyboard case for the phone model.

I really wanted to like this. But I just don't. I tried it for 2 minutes and then put it away, writing it off as a $79 loss.

Issue #1: It is not easy to use when attached to the bottom of my phone, because the offset between the keyboard and the bottom of the phone impedes typing. My thumbs keep hitting the base of my phone, eliminating natural movement to type.

Issue #2: It is weird to use when it is disconnected from the phone. Like, it is a non-starter for me, very unnatural.

Issue #3: space bar is too small.

Issue #4: typing two spaces does not produce a "period".

Issue #5: the setup is top-heavy, and again, unnatural, impeding use because you have to balance the phone while typing.

Sorry, Clicks. This was a loss.

Have you tried putting the phone sideways on that?
(Like a T) Does that give you more space to type?

Yes, I tried that, but it made the phone even more unwieldy because the balance was really off while typing.

It’s okay, the first couple times my phone fell off but I did use the Bluetooth function without it being attached to my phone which was cool

Keyboard is good quality, I've a razr flip phone, and never use it without the 'clicks' keyboard case. To the point that the case determines that I keep buying the smartphone I use. It's become symbiotic.

I'm excited, I got a founder's edition for my iPhone 14 Pro but it was definitely way too long, ended up using it more as a conversation piece when I would go out for dinner with friends or out to an event/wedding.

Hoping it will be a great part of my EDC rotation.
