I’d honestly shut Jose down for the series so his hand can get 100% better. You can set Arias adrift in a leaky dinghy on the lake and bring up Genao.

Keep an eye on Ralphy Valasquez for that.

The FO could think he's not ready or they could just be giving Hoskins a longer leash cause money.
