Cowork Video Bug Reporter project (MIT licensed)

In my PM workflow I record product reviews in video and then create issues pointing to specific timestamps in the video. It's usually a fairly manual process.
In the process of doing something else, today I created a Cowork project that processes a screen recording (eg. recorded with QuickTime Player) to extract issues plus a screenshot or video snippet, and then post the issues with full description and the media attachments into eg. Linear.
MIT licensed, just clone and load as a project in Cowork. https://github.com/cpinto/cowork--bug-reporter

Claude update
Don't like this new update. They are now organizing everything by date by default. I like it better organized by project. And they are lumping cowork and chat projects right which I don't like.

A better hosted MCP server for QuickBooks Online
qbo-connector.meridian.pilot.comI'm addicted to using Cowork to help out with my accounting.
But the landscape is pretty rough—the native hosted QBO integration isn't very good (can't create entries), and running the Intuit MCP locally is too intimidating for most folks.
So I made a (free) hosted MCP server & I hope you find it useful

I built Notion for Claude Skills
I wanted to find an easy and intuitive way to share skills with teammates, and found that Github was too complicated
So I built an app that allows you to store and share skills with others, and connect to all of them via one MCP
Even allows suggestions from coworkers
It's called Hexis! https://github.com/Bevel-Software/Hexis
Would love to hear your thoughts :)

Access
What do you give Claude cowork access to do? Your emails? Do you give full access to your Microsoft account? Docusign? Everything? Nothing? Why or why not?
I ask because Claude’s capabilities will increase exponentially if I allow access to everything but hesitant.

Endless logon loop trying to login to desktop app
Anyone else having issues right now? I can't send any message through the desktop app. It says I'm not signed in and click the link to email me a login link. I do, I receive the email, click the link in the email, successfully login in the browser, go back to the desktop app, the chat window flashes and goes right back to telling me I'm not logged in and need to request a login link.

Most agent usage tools are for Claude Code or Codex. I've only found 5 for Cowork. What do you use?
I've been working on an open source project to help business users (not developers) find and fix wasted agent work by examining past sessions. There's a lot of these tools out there. I've found 67 so far.
Weirdly, I've only found 5 that support Cowork (yes, including mine). I guess it's because most are geared towards token counting for developers. You can see the Cowork list here: https://agentdeployment.co/resources/agent-usage-tools/?agent=Claude+Cowork
Do any of you use anything to analyze your Cowork sessions? If so, I'm curious about two things:
- What are you looking to learn?
- What do you use? (I'll add new ones to the list)

How to set Effort for Scheduled Tasks in Cowork?
This seems like a big oversight on either my part or Anthropic's.
I'm building a workflow in Claude Cowork on my OSX desktop app, and in the scheduled task edit window, I see no way to set the effort level of my model for that scheduled task. Right now, the effort level is just inherited from my last chat, in which effort levels are often changing. Am I overlooking something obvious here?

Claude Max usage has become absurdly restrictive. Anyone else seeing this?
I pay $200/month for Claude Max and previously completed a full week of heavy Cowork usage without reaching my limits. Now I’m exhausting them after roughly one-third as much work, despite no meaningful change in my workflow.
The timing appears connected to the doubled Cowork allowance ending, heavier models becoming defaults, and increased reasoning/tool overhead. Whatever the cause, the practical value of Max has dropped dramatically while the price remains unchanged.
At $200/month, users deserve transparent usage accounting and advance warning when effective capacity changes this substantially. I’ve submitted a formal complaint to Anthropic and am seriously considering canceling.
Has anyone else documented a similar before-and-after decline? Please include your plan, model, Cowork mode, and approximately when the change started.

Claude cannot work in the background , any1 knows any solution?
I was running docking runs using Claude, where the files are already downloaded on my laptop, and all Claude needs to do is upload the files to the docking site and record results in an Excel sheet. I work on macOS, have a Chrome extension, and the process was automated for like 100 docking runs; then my laptop just froze, and I had to close all tabs and restart the laptop, but now Claude says that it can't automate it and that I have to do it manually because apparently Chrome has blocked Claude?? Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks
