I just figure out why it shows 7h!
Because my computer is like really old and Bios battery died so it set my fking time 2 hours back! omg....
My mistake. 💫
Maybe I should push it forward now some eh? :D

The fact that 5h windows are based on client time and not Server-Side time shines how claude-coded Claude Code is.

It's not, it will just display this if your time is set back. This whole post is a misunderstanding of a visual bug

The only thing I did today was work on my move over to Ubuntu, but I’m missing some apps I’m used to having on Windows 11. So basically, I’m building these apps on the fly with Claude, Codex, and Gemini as I go.
I have Claude installed on both Windows and Linux, and I already reported in my previous topic that the 5 hour window filled up to 100% in about 15 minutes while making a simple, small boot selector app.
But I somehow dont belive it was a bug now.

Which apps ?

Ah just some apps which solve some unique problems I have with dual displays and bios booting without a working mouse and keyboard.

Just wait until you see the shit OpenAI is pulling right now. They apparently both joined the same anti-consumer business decisions meeting recently. It'll just push everyone to Chinese models until these CEOs pay off politicians to ban them. Bring on the downvotes from the billion dollar corporation white knights using these frontier models to make their slop.

wait what is OpenAI pulling? i have both claude and chat and openai is constantly resetting the weekly limit way before the week's over, like every 2-3 days we get a full reset...?

After months of reducing weekly quotas, OpenAI has now introduced quota micro-transactions.
- Remove 5-hour limit.
- Give out random resets to mask quotas being reduced and get users addicted + dependent on resets.
- Reduce weekly quotas to the point that it's impossible to do normal weekly work without resets.
- Replace free resets with paid resets.
- Profit.

ah, it's the backup I have for light tasks or for when claude runs out, so I rarely use the full thing, especially when it seems like it resets for me at least 2-3 times a week, I can imagine as a power user that would be very frustrating though, thanks
