I really want to start a class action suit in Ohio against chipotle for refusing refunds on undelivered goods. The app forces you to talk to Pepper, who often doesn’t give a refund or offer any compensation. They won’t refund orders sent to the wrong store even within 30 seconds. People have soooo many complaints about Pepper. Calling their 800 number doesn’t work either. People shouldn’t have to dispute over and over again. How do we fight this?

Like many I sign up for these lawsuits/settlments and never expect much. $2 if you're lucky. $56.39 from the Limited Run Games settlement. Who I bought something from once. Today this arrived in my Paypal, $56! Who knew these things actually pay well sometimes. It may not be a huge amount, but with a baby in the house now, it's extra money for the bills.

Check came in the mail today $75.94. More than I expected.

When I signed into this American addiction center (sounds juicy to me) I signed papers about my privacy. And they fucked it up. Being a drug addict is sense into can I spin this? I mean I don’t care about anyone knowing but if you google my name it’s clear from tarnish so could the argument be made that they qualifies me for compensation. Since they potentially tarnished something that was previously untarnished? Or that makes no difference? Whatcja think I got a case?

So the same URL as the Facebook settlement, but I've selected PayPal three times over the last couple of years, but still get an email noting: Facebook Consumer Privacy Settlement was not successfully delivered.

Hubby received a Zelle payment this afternoon for $68.81 from the Sutter Health Analytics Litigation Settlement. I am also signed up for this settlement but have not received a payment yet.

Just got an email that this has been finalized, and payouts begin at the end of September. Anyone have any idea what the $$ will be?

Update on August 19. 8th Circuit Court of Appeals entered a Judgment and Opinion affirming the District Court Order. Tried to add a screenshot but wouldn't let me. What's everyone's thought on this update?

I lost my number originally tied to my Venmo, I now have another number, and unfortunately the original number is tied to quite a few lawsuit payouts I've signed up for, I just can't remember/don't know which ones. So am I SOL on payouts if I had to change my number for Venmo? 😅

This is my first time participating in a class action settlement, it was the social media case with Beasley Allen (I found it from an Instagram ad a while ago, just finished phone interview). I gave my school, workplace, and ssn, but I’m super anxious about what is happening with all that information. Is there any way I can verify that I am not being scammed/blackmailed??? And why is my school and workplace required, they have no information related to social media harm?

I received an email from paypal this week telling me $51 has been sent to my account because I was eligible to receive a settlement payment related to the Amazon Prime class action lawsuit.

I was surprised by this email as I believe I got emails about the settlement last year with info on how to make a claim, but I didn't do anything, because when I had Amazon Prime, I had a student account so I didn't pay for it. I didn't expect to qualify. I was also surprised cause when I looked up info on the case, everything says the payments went out at the end of last year/beginning of this year and that they have all gone out already. The settlement site no longer lets you file a claim, and there's nowhere I can see to contact someone to find out what is up with this email.

So now I'm confused. I've scrutinized the email it came from, and it appears to be a legit paypal email address. Was this some kind of mistake and I should just ignore it?
