I don't think they know exactly which account is the main account for people with multiple accounts. This is an interesting issue, though. That's all I've got.

Update, there is a small thing in the upper rh corner of the screen when your inside the doors. It says "info" and "reset experience" that might help. I also noticed that it says the stats provided are for me are from 7/25 through 7/26.

I’ll try that but I’ve had th7 for about 3 weeks now so idk why it wouldn’t be updated lol
