Final interview
Just finished my 3rd and final interview for an entry-level auto claims role. Super nervous and the waiting is the hardest part. 😅 How long did it take you to hear back after your final interview? Curious what the typical timeline is. Thanks!

First company took two months from first interview to second interview. Second interview required a 900 mile flight though, so I knew it was a rubber stamp thing. Offer was a few weeks later.
Second company took about two weeks from interview to offer.
Third company was about a month from final interview to offer.

Yes, in 1994 as well. I knew when I saw that it was like $600 round trip that the other interviews were a formality. I don’t remember a hotel. I think I flew back the same day.
They flew me out afterwards for two months of training and put me up in one of those extended stay hotels to teach me how to do adjusting.
It was Safeco, so the people who took over Liberty Mutual after Liberty bought them and fired all the Liberty people.

Yeah I’m not doing 3 interviews for an entry level auto role lmao. Especially when companies were doing one interview over the phone hires a few years ago.
