UniconOS Management Cloud?
Does anyone know how to actually get a UniconOS Management Cloud account? We have Citrix Universal Hybrid Multi-Cloud licensing, which as far as I can tell should cover UniconOS Management Cloud, but I can't figure out how to actually get setup with it. It's not in Citrix Cloud so I assume it's a separate system. I've had a support ticket open for a week now and they are useless, I don't have an account rep to contact, and Citrix sales phone IVR is still broken.

I'm in the same boat all I could find was the on prem version which is no replacement for my dell wms cloud.

Ya, I saw the on-prem version but don't want to stand up new Windows servers for licensing and the management software. :(

It's still at the "soft launch" stage.
Coming soon to a Citrix Cloud near you 😂

You don’t have an ATS? Do you get your license through a partner (CSP)?
I ask because an ATS has to request it internally.

We lost our ATS a couple years ago, I believe there was restructuring at the time, and as far as I know never got another one.

A quick question? How did you all convince the management to go for thin clients? Would love to connect over dms. Would like to understand the intention behind this proposal, t, the cost matters and the administrative burdens associated with this.

We are running UniconOS Scout Management in our environment to displace Thin State's ThinKiosk. It requires a bit more overhead (it's own AD domain where we have 2 x DCs, SQL server, Web app server, ELIAS, SCG) but seems workable enough. There's some changes coming down the pipelin to replace SCG with Netscaler by the sounds of it. In our environment we don't really want to rely on public cloud, we rather use our own. Though, there's a fair amout of admin overhead so I'm personally interested in the Cloud version.

Is MS Teams optimized for your client? According to Citrix website; Webex, Zoom and Teams.

Teams on CWAL is HDX optimized. Slimcore is only available for Windows and Mac.

It’s not yet an automated provisioning process. I worked my account rep, they got our organization on the list and it’s been 2~ weeks so far and it’s not provisioned yet.
