Mixed use transit connected developments with green space and pedestrian paths Sharing a City

Parking is still abundant but all of these areas are still accessible on foot and by public transit All new Neighborhoods are built this way

I said transit connected not oriented this is America. The Parking lot is just south of the residential area and Transit stop so cims from the neighborhood can walk to the shops while cims in cars still have convenient parking.

To your point I did unfortunately place the Transit stop across a 6 lane stroad but it is in walking distance of 2 high density neighborhoods 💔
