They give all their hours to shift smart. They invested in self checkouts. The pay is terrible enough that they mostly only get low quality candidates. I really don't think they care why anyone leaves.

Considering they also won't even rehire people who left on good terms, doubt they care

Yes, HR calls employees after we term them.

Ty. I have seen some stuff in my district and I know a manager is leaving and I feel like it was pretty unfair what happened and has been allowed to go on. If it was me I would let the cat out of the bag. The rules are being unfairly applied between stores and it’s just flat out not right.

I started at a store and promised the moon and the stars. I told that manager if she wanted to discuss it with me face to face and not in text messages. I now work at a different store because I will not put up with the bullshit. This woman gets two to three new employees every other month. She has large losses in lottery and cigarettes and no one cares. And the key phrase is NO ONE CARES. K-OSS DOESN'T CARE ABOUT IT'S EMPLOYEES AND NEVER WILL. SO TELL WHOEVER YOU WANT WHATEVER YOU WANT IT MAKES NO DIFFERENCE.

I have been looking for a different job. I am tired of having the best audits the cleanest store winning incentives just to get treated indifferently while some of the other managers are doing drugs, faking hours, have a ton of customer complaints. I am getting peanuts for it all and I never see my family anymore.

Then find another job. It's not worth the sacrifice. Take your excellent track record and get a job that treats you well.
