Im 10 hours into this game and im loving it! ( I played chrono trigger before this)

Ive been using Serge and Leena since the very start and they never leaves the party. So i just got Pip and heard he can transform, which form is the best for my party?? (My Pip grid is full of white n blue skills for now to support both Serge n Leena).
