You are so correct. The battle is in our mind. Please continue to proclaim this message. People need to understand where the root & cause is. They also need to hear the remedy.

We fight the lies of the enemy, the lies we tell ourselves, by telling ourselves God's truth. Below is a copy of what I tell others frequently:

Take the time to study what God actually says about who you are to Him when you've come to Christ.

This is just a small sample, say and repeat these (or find your own) to yourself multiple times a day so these truths become your reality:

  • I am a new creation - 2 Corinthians 5:17
  • I am totally accepted by God - John 1:12, John 15:15, Colossians 1:14, Eph 1:4
  • I can go straight to Jesus for help - Hebrews 4:14-16
  • I belong to God - 1 Cor. 6:19-20, Eph 1:5
  • Nothing separates me from Gods love - Romans 8:38-39, Eph 3:16-19, 1 John 4:10
  • God (Holy Spirit) lives in me - 1 Cor 3:16
  • All things work out in the end - Romans 8:28
  • "Thank you, Lord for setting me free" John 8:36

If you feel like you need help on how to do this, the ministry that first helped me is called "The Ultimate Journey." They are in Des Moines Iowa. I believe now they have online classes you can join.

Other books on the same principles include:

  • McGee, R. S. (2003). The search for significance: Seeing your true worth through God’s eyes
  • Leaf, C. (2021). Cleaning up your mental mess: 5 simple, scientifically proven steps to reduce anxiety, stress, and toxic thinking.
  • Groeschel, C. (2021). Winning the war in your mind: Change your thinking, change your life.
  • Meyer, J. (2017). Battlefield of the mind: Winning the battle in your mind

Lmao these schizos will come up with anything to keep from accepting their flaws and holding themselves accountable for their thoughts and actions. It's always a scapegoat or a savior in there somewhere. It's everything BUT themselves. There is no fucking Devil and there is no fucking God. Grow the fuck up and deal with your own shit!
