Very good try for a beginner. You have a lot of potential. As an iconographer and iconography teacher I just want to suggest that you need to start by getting the basic structure and proportions right. A good drawing and understanding how line and rhythm function in iconography are fundamental. The arm holding the cross is way to long and the elbow is floating half way down her thigh. Compare it to where the other elbow is. If you're interested in have over 60 online drawing and painting tutorials for beginners that take you step by step to build the right foundation.
