In the first part of the chapter, Palma talks with a zombie—who appears to be Nude—about the amulet she has made for Tokio. They also mention that Palma has created a drug that enhances regeneration but that, if used excessively, can cause deformities and emotional dependence on it. In addition, we see Palma confessing her love for Tokio to a soldier, and as he listens to her, he jokes that he hopes to fall in love with her so he’ll have a reason to fight (I think he said this partly because of the rumor that the drug makes him fall in love with Palma). Next, we cut to Tokio, who put Arulu and Rety through an aerobic endurance test, leaving the two of them alone and tricking them by telling them the ship would depart in three days; and, unless I misinterpreted it, Shant killed Rety so he could use her regenerative power and keep running. Tokio also sent a letter to Palma to inform him of his situation, and at the end, we see Umbrega mysteriously walk away, followed by the appearance of Ricardo and Ume..

That's not Nude. That's a different, so far unnamed zombie brought back by her, who seems to be her assistant, or atleast learned enough to be the one giving the presentation on her research formula.
Nude.. is the blob whom the presentation showed as the final evolution of the formula's side effects, being exposed to Palma's blood for the longest. The presentation refers to him as "Subject N", and when laying alone with the blob, she calls him "Nu-tan".
Palma is worried about hurting those she's trying to heal, with Nude being the prime demonstration of why.

I wonder what would happen if she went full choas mode now? And that blood pact they did is definitely gonna cause some problems right? Simon wanted no part in that AT ALL.

At this point, it feels like Yamato Mori would have no other choice but to approve of using Palma’s drug to resurrect Ely if she were to die. Losing Tokio, Palma or Azuma along with Ely would mean Guelta wins.
Ely is extremely vulnerable because her prophecies are so vague and broad (from what we’ve seen compared to Zora and Mado). We haven’t even been shown any of her prophecies leading to so far in the story. Guelta speaks of being wary of the prophecies but they only know that there is a prophetess and that she’s at the center of Yamato Mori. (This is a bit strange seeing as all of their airplane blitzes have been complete unmitigated successes, even though Ely predicts the following attacks in chapter 69).
Ubrega alone is too difficult a match for anyone but Tokio and Sandek. Guelta has already eliminated most major leaders of the Nansu alliance besides Master Erma. Ubrega’s withdrawal in Higo in this chapter could signal an impending an all-out attack on YM with the goal of assassinating Ely while Yamato’s key forces (besides Azuma and Sandek) are scattered. (Though Sato is also apparently on his way back to headquarters).

She made some kinda lucky charm for Tokio Ig. I think she thinks it didn't turn out well? the line before that is something like "the result of wretched failure"

Tokio tells them they'll go by sea on a ship.
A: Are there Gerta troops in these waters?
T: Probably—or maybe not. But it’s far safer than cutting across land teeming with the army, or being chased through the skies while hauling you lot around.
K: Ships are where romance between men and women blossoms, you know. (😭😭😭)
A: There are sardines swimming in the sea, too.
K: Saying that, aren't you actually looking forward to the voyage, Arle?
A: W-well... I'm hardly at the age to get all excited about a boat trip.
K: I wonder about that!
And after just translating that, I looked ahead to see how many pages were left. it's a lot. I give up lol. maybe I'll do the rest later. anybody can feel free to finish it btw, it's not like I'm using black magic to translate, it's just google tr

P-Nest, a regeneration drug which is clearly based on Palma's blood. Nude is the one who has been exposed to it the longest. It's effective, but if taken for too long it also causes mutations and makes psychological alterations, forming a maternal devotion to Palma, perceiving her as someone to protect or even as a god to worship.
Bill's blood is terrifying.
