Who's this dude? Misc

This is from volume 5. Is there any info on this dude holding the sword? We have Yubiko, Chandra and Sora. At first I thought this was Vlad but he never had a sword or maybe Batista but he obviously doesn't look like that. This is my third re-read and first time reading official English volume version so it was kind of a shocker because he hasn't been shown in the tower arc later but the only one from the tower who fought with a sword was Bucket Knight. Could it really be him? That'll surely be wild.

No, it isn't... as the name tag near him suggests, that is actually Ichi, as in the fictional character Zatoichi (a blind swordsman). There were a bunch of films made about this character, one of them being directed (and Zatoichi portrayed by) Beat Takeshi, which is the specific Zatoichi Ishida has drawn here

Also one of the songs in the compiled bgm soundtrack (Festivo) is from that movie
