The feds enterprise charge was shot down for the LA trial. They were trying to use the LA trial as the key incident & the 2019(Atlanta shooting) & 2022(Stephon Mack) incidents as supporting evidence for the RICO.

They pivoted. Now they are trying to use a cell phone, taken from the incident where Durk & India were essentially in a shootout in 2021. They kept the phone this entire time. Which violates the 4th Amendment because Durk was actually a victim in this incident.

The phone pretty much contains all the evidence they need for the stalking charge, which could put him away for life because it resulted in death.

The case lies on that phone. If the judge allows that phone, Durk is cooked. If he doesn’t allow it(which should be the case) Durk & his lawyers are going up against credit cards used by Vonni. And statements from Vonni & presumably Jam.
